As a new real estate team, French & Associates wanted their identity design to stand out from their competition. Let's face it, the real estate industry is filled with a lot of terribly designed marketing so it was important that the new identity was bold and professional. I developed an identity that was not only both of those things, it also reflected the level of service and dedication they provide to their clients. It was this "and more" service that was the driving factor behind the plus sign in their identity. Having this depth in meaning gave us flexibility in using the logomark in other applications of their marketing and has become a signature of sorts for their brand.
